Danyel Knapp-Fisher has spent over 15 years working with children and youth, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B.C. Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Over the past decade, her work has focused on supporting those who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma. She holds specialized training in Synergetic Play Therapy®, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and TraumaPlay Therapy. Her practice is collaborative and attachment-focused, guided by the latest insights in neuroscience and the belief that healing happens through connection.
